Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Confirmation:

All tours must be booked in advance through our website or authorized booking platforms.
A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please ensure all details are correct and notify us of any discrepancies immediately.

2. Payment:

Full payment is required at the time of booking.
We accept all major credit cards and secure online payment methods.

3. Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the tour, subject to availability.
Rescheduling within 48 hours of the tour may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.

5. Weather Policy:

Tours operate rain or shine. In the case of severe weather conditions that make it unsafe to conduct the tour, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Health and Safety:

Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the guide and boat operator.
We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur as a result of non-compliance with safety instructions.

7. Conduct:

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards the guide, boat operator, and fellow passengers.
We reserve the right to terminate the tour without refund if any guest behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
8. Inclusions:

The tour includes a private trajinera ride, breakfast or lunch, a professional guide, and traditional Mexican board games.
Alcoholic beverages and other extras are not included unless explicitly stated in the tour description.

9. Dietary Requirements:

Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.
We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee all dietary needs can be met.

10. Liability:

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour.
Guests participate at their own risk, and we are not responsible for any personal injury or property damage during the tour.

11. Changes to the Itinerary:

We reserve the right to alter the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, canal conditions, or operational requirements.
Any significant changes will be communicated to guests as soon as possible.
12. Photography and Media:

We may take photos or videos during the tour for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to being photographed or filmed.
If you do not wish to be included in our promotional material, please inform the guide at the beginning of the tour.
